At Week4you LLC, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and adolescents with mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse challenges. We are committed to empowering our residents through comprehensive care, personalized support, and holistic therapies, fostering their growth, resilience, and potential for a brighter future.

Services
At Week4You LLC, we provide comprehensive Level III residential care, tailored specifically for young males aged 12-17. Our program is designed to offer a nurturing, structured environment where each youth can thrive, recover and prepare for a successful future.

Our Services Include:
24-hour Supervision & Support: Trained staff available around the clock to ensure safety, stability and immediate crisis intervention.
Individualized Treatment Plans: Personalized assessments and goal-oriented treatment plans crafted by licensed mental health professionals.
Therapeutic Services: Group therapy, individual counseling, family counseling, and behavioral intervention strategies designed to promote emotional healing and personal growth
Educational Support: Collaboration with local schools, tutoring, academic guidance, and life skills training to enhance academic achievement and promote independence.


Recreational & Social Activities: Regularly scheduled outings, recreational sports, and community engagement activities that build teamwork, social skills and personal growth.

Meet
Ashleigh Davis LCMHCA- Chair, Founder and Clinical Director

Born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on November 21, 1991, Ashleigh Davis is a devoted mother, visionary leader, and passionate mental health professional. A single mother to one daughter, Ashleigh’s lifelong commitment to nurturing and protecting children has extended far beyond her own home—providing love, guidance, and care to family members and friends’ children in times of need. Her unwavering dedication to uplifting youth inspired the creation of Week4you LLC, a Level III residential group home facility designed to provide structure, healing, and hope to adolescents facing mental and emotional challenges.

With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, Ashleigh is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and serves as Chair, Facility Director, and Owner of Week4you LLC. Her professional background includes extensive work in residential treatment centers across North Carolina, where she has delivered compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents in need.
Ashleigh specializes in individual and family therapy, with clinical approaches rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality/Choice Therapy. She brings a versatile, person-centered lens to every session—guiding young people toward emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.

As Chair, Ashleigh leads with vision, integrity, and a deep calling to serve. Her goal is to expand therapeutic services not only within Week4you LLC but across residential facilities nationwide, ensuring more youth have access to the quality care and healing relationships they deserve. Ashleigh’s work is not just her career—it is her purpose.
